    So I brought quite a lot of app purchases and 2 months ago the game stopped working, have spoken to gamloft who have said they have been trying to solve my issue, only it’s been nearly 8 weeks since I reported it.

    I have asked for an update on repair or a full refund for the in app purchases as I can no longer play the game and already 2 months behind, the reply I got was we are still looking in to this, what takes them 8 weeks to fix surely by now they would know what to do or if nothing can be done, anyone ever had similar issue? What did you do? Thanks

    Getting a refund for IAP's is going to be difficult, especially if they're "consumable" such as coins to buy items to advance your progress. Refund of that money is entirely at the discretion of the developer.
