Why aren't my apps on the app screen?

Android Central Question

I own a Samsung S9, which includes game launcher. I downloaded two games, which went to game launcher (instead of showing their icons on my screen with the rest of my apps). I clicked "remove" which simply took them out of game launcher, but still not to my main app screen. I disabled game launcher too, but nothing happened. Now the only way I can open those two apps are by searching them and clicking on them. Is there any way I can add the apps on my main (not the home screen; the screen you get when you swipe vertically.) screen? Thank you.

Find each game in the app drawer, long-press it and drag it to the home screen. Then you'll have a shortcut on the home screen for each game.

In the future, if you want to get an app out of a folder on the home screen, just long-press that app and drag it out of the folder.
