    So I posted here not too long ago about buying a unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 for my brother and he managed to configure the APN settings so everything works fine now. Except for one thing.

    He says he hasn't been getting any voice mail. How do I fix this issue? Do I have to use a third party app or is there something I have to do

    Welcome to Android Central! Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail, and make sure it's set up correctly for his carrier (specifically the voicemail number that the phone has to call to access the carrier's voicemail inbox).
