photo quality on Plenty of Fish lacking

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung s8 active. it has a great camera. the photos are crisp and vibrant and very sharp. However when I load the photos to plenty of fish they show up on my profile fuzzy and lacking sharpness. I just got back on POF after a 5 year hiatus. I never had this problem when I was on there 5 years ago. back then uploaded photos to the site used to be the same quality as there were on the particular phone I had at the time. there was never any quality difference between photos on my phone and photos that I uploaded to the sight. picture size on my phone camera is set at 4:3 (12). I think that is the optimal setting at least that's what the att&t salesman told me. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do. when I click on my pic on POF i can't see the definition of my face. HELP!!!!

I'd suggest you search the help section or contact tech support at PoF, as it sounds like it may be an issue specific to them unless you're also seeing this on other photo sites.
