    Well, i was watching some YouTube when my phone decided "hey pal, how about i just abruptly shut off without any warning prior so you worry about it". after it shut off, i had to plug it in, because it said "battery is too low".
    here are some pictures:

    (sorry, i would post some but imgur is kinda blocked here, long live net neutrality huh?)

    also my phone is a oneplus 5t and is around half a year old.

    yeah, im OP. i also thought that too, since it shouldn't do that right? the battery percentage / time chart is like a abrupt down to 0 percent in around 50. also its charging slow at thr moment. it normally charges quite fast at the low levels thanks to dash charge, but now its lile a turtle. hmm, maybe battery is still full but its showing as not full? i have magisk installed too. idk really...

    A vertical drop in the battery graph indicates a failed battery. It may for all I know indicate something else, such as a fault somewhere in the battery reporting, but I don't know that.
    People often post asking much the same question, describing how the phone suddenly shuts off when the battery reaches a certain percentage, so you're not alone in this.

    oh well, it's its first time to shut off like this. it charged normally but we'll see what will happen around those percentages now. take care

    That graph says "dendrite" (Lithium Battery Dendrite links if you're interested) - the battery has to be replaced.
