My cracked screen LGK10 just accidentally got in water and now its flickering

I turned it on and then when I realized it was flickering I cleaned the battery and everything outside and inside but its still flickering , this happended before my phone got wet even when it was cracked, and I taught it was waterproof/water resistant but now all of sudden its flickering when it got in water. So what should I do?
