I've only had my phone for a few months but within the last week, it has started dieing before reaching a low percentage. It stated dieing at 15% but now anywhere between 20 to 25%, it just dies. What do i do to solve this?

How long have you had it, and did you get it new when you got it? That sounds like a battery issue and I would think it would be a manufacture warranty unless the phones been damaged. Does it charge up to 100 %, and the issue is it shuts down when it hits 20%?

That you let a new phone apparently get below 15% before charging should be lesson and further proof to not do that to a lithium ion battery. You killed your new battery most likely. It doesn't take many full discharges to kill it to the point of needing a replacement. Google how to maintain a battery or you'll end up killing the next one quickly too.
