Wireless charger not working when plugged in to fast charge

[Android Central Question]

I recently have purchased a wireless charging phone mount for my car. 3rd party. The wireless charger works when I plug into a standard charging block 5v/2.4a with multiple different cords and chargers tested. However, when I plug this wireless charger into a Samsung fast charging block or my cars Anker fast charging block it does not pick up a charge at all. No fast charging or standard charging. I am confused...
