Why do i have the wrong software?

I have a Samsung J7 Pro but when i reformat it my phone's software has changed it's usually a J7 Pro software but it's only a J7 software i don't know what the guy did but how do i fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say reformat, I assume you mean a factory reset, correct? Where did you get the phone from? It's possible the seller sold you a J7, but flashed the J7 Pro firmware onto it.
