How to turn on screen, launch app and later turn it off with schedule?

Hi, I want to use tablet with Android 7.0 Nougat as display for the external camera (hikvision app). But the view in needed only 3 times in week for about 5 hours each. I would like to run it automatically, without human intervention. Tablet will be powered permanently. It is possible to do it?

Turning off is easy - there's a screen time-out.

Turning it on without turning it on remotely may be more difficult. You might be able to use Tasker (maybe with Secure Settings) to turn the lock off so the screen comes on.
