what will happen when in change the default location to sd card on huawei p9 lite ?

Where did you change that setting? If it was done on the browser, that will only change where files you download from there are saved to. Same if you changed it in the Camera app.

Not sure which OS version this phone has, but newer Android OS's have done away from allowing the SD card to be used as a default location for apps. You can move some parts of the app (and that's up to each app dev to decide what, if anything), but the app's main files will always reside in internal memory. I believe that's going on since Android 6, but might be 7...
