Why is my bluetooth not switching on

[Android Central Question]

On my tab s3 when I select bluetooth the slider goes to the right but not blue and just stay there. When I go out of the screen and back it shows switched off again.
Have reset my network settings and ended up factory reset but still the same issue

Any ideas?

Have you tried turning it on, pairing with something and connecting to it? Bluetooth, just being on, isn't going to do anything. It should have at least one paired device, or you're not using it for anything.
