First I downloaded Winning Eleven Game Apk on my Techno H6 and I really enjoys it..
But unfortunately I restarted my phone and I downloaded the Apk again but wen am installing it says "App not installed".. Any help pls?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to install the game from Google Play Store or some other legitimate app store? It's generally inadvisable to download and install apk files from the internet, since the sites where you find them are not regulated, and therefore puts you at higher risk for malware. Those sites often promote piracy as well.

I once installed we2012 and it was running smoothly but ever since I unstalled it ,it as been just bring black on my screen nothing is showing not even where by it says"app not responding".At first I thought that I was because I updated the phone but I tried formatting it and still it's not working.I have tried several times but nothing is working ,the is successfuly installed but when I enter in the app my screen is just blank I don't know why.

WE212 is a 7 year old app, designed to run on JellyBean (API 16-18) - it probably won't run on a modern version of Android running API 26 or higher.

Winning Eleven 2012 is not available on the Play Store, and it would not be advisable to try installing it as an apk from a random website (since that's a good way to get malware). The current version of that game is eFootball PES 2020, so try installing that instead.

From what I can find, this is a limited regional released game for some Asian markets. If you aren't in those markets or didn't install the game from one of the official sources, then all bets are off.
