How to delete Smart Things app from Samsung Active

This app keeps crashing. It has no permissions. every switch related to it is turned off.
It has been forced stopped, but I cannot disable it. It keeps turning itself on all hours of the day and night. and is the biggest drainer of my battery. I have absolutely no use for this app.
