[Android Central Question]

When i try to set up my echo dot or my led strip, i have to connect with wifi. I'm connected but the device has no access to the internet... I already rest my phone, checked all settings but nothing helps. On my other smartphone it works no problem but with my new one not... I checked that all settings where the same on both phones. I just can't get it to work. Maybe i just have to send my new phone back for a check up? Please help!

Assuming that your wifi LAN has internet access (your router needs to be connected to your provider's cable, either directly if it has a cable connector, or through a modem), I'd at least call customer service for your phone and see what they advise.

If he phone doesn't get internet service at all, call your internet provider for help.
