Without doing any research - not using official firmware for sure. 4.1.2 to 5 is at least 3 major versions (might be 4), no manufacturer is providing major OS updates for that long today and things were worse back when that OS was the latest.
Now, a site such as xda-developers.com might have a ROM developed for that device using Android 5 as a base. However, those are to be used understanding the risks of installation of such versions.
