(I use a lenovo A7000 [2 GB ram, 8 GB storage] ) My phone froze while working on it, i had no clue what to do so i formatted my phone, it worked for like 30 minutes then it shut down again and freezes when i power it on, i removed my SD card and the phone worked properly, i thought that probably the problem is with the SD card (may be damaged or something) so i bought a new 16 GB card, it worked properly with the phone for 2 days then the same happened again and the phone froze, then worked when i removed the SD card, i formatted the SD card from another device then re-inserted it on the phone and the phone worked, so i guess the phone contains a virus that damages SD cards ? anyone knows what can i do to fix this issue ?

It's more likely a looped file. (Technical term, but that's what it's called.) See if Using chkdsk to fix a corrupted SD card helps.
