Can i get help wiht this issue regarding windows 10?

[Android Central Question]

So i have an injector (and other files doing the same thing) and whne i open it it says i dont have access yet i have admin privileges on my pc. Also if i right click and run as adminisrator it says that my file is a virus or unwanted software. Iv tried everything.
