How to unlock phone due to forgetting pattern?

Technology and I are not friends. After losing my phone for three days, I changed the pattern. That was three days ago. So I've pretty much been out of luck and touch for about 6 days. I've held down the volume, power and home button but all it does it come back and ask for the pattern, now approaching about 100 tries.

It's an android through qlink (widow, cancer, transplant list). I really need the phone to communicate since I live in the boonies. Can anyone help me. The support line for qlink is on permanent robo call with no capability to talk with anyone. Thanks a million in advance.

If you can't remember it, you can't. What good is security if anyone can come here and ask how to get around it?
