Why I can't hear any audio?

If I try to hear something I can't heard

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you only unable to hear someone on a phone call (using the earpiece speaker), or are you also unable to hear any ringtones, notification tones, or media sounds? What about if you use a wired or Bluetooth headset?
