    Cheers,

i had K9 befor and there it just stored all emails, so i could look back for years in mail history. Nine seems just to sync the mail server and if older messages drops out of the server they are gone in nine too as intented.
anyone knows a way to set up a local folder as archive where it atomatically stores mails? like a copy of whole inbox would be cool.

    thanks in advance

Most e-mail apps do this, and there's a setting you can change to set how many days your e-mail app should sync with the server and if older messages are deleted or not. That should be in the Sync settings for your e-mail account (I think it's Days to Sync).
