Why I can't get sixaxis to connect to my Cubot x18 plus

I have a cubot x18 plus and I rooted it last week and I've got a ps3 so I figured I'd connect it's controller with sixaxis to my phone
But it just won't connect
It says:

Getting bluetooth address...
Attempting connection method 1...
Driver Starting...
Error: Failed to configure bluetooth
Getting bluetooth address...
Attempting connection method 2...
Driver Starting...
Error: Failed to configure bluetooth
Getting bluetooth address...

So what's the deal here?
