Hello i have this notification "Network may be monitored" on the notification screen ( https://imgur.com/a/kPIsFdb ). I'm using an Adblocking app "DNS66". Is there any way to remove it whitout root/uninstalling the app ? Thanks !

This is common for ad blockers and nothing to worry about. It's a required system notification any time an app is monitoring your network (otherwise how else would it know what to block?), and there isn't a non-root method to block it. Even with root, I'm not sure if there's a way to block it. There may be, but it's just not something I've found worth digging into that deep.
