Lost keyboard on Movile HTC M9

[Android Central Question]

Managed to stop Google "speech to text but now have no keyboard. In settings, Language & keyboard, under keyboard and input methods, I have Virual Keyboard and Physical Keyboard. Virtual Keyboard only takes me to a blank page with Manage keyboards on it, which does nothing. The Physical Keyboard icon allows me to "Show virtual keyboard (keep on screen while physical keyboard is active)

Can not get a keyboard for any app, Chrome, Firefox, SMS etc.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, and make sure you didn't disable the stock keyboard by accident. Also, what happens if you go to the Play Store and install another keyboard, like Gboard?
