Same problem with my pixel 3 XL as I had on my pixel 2. The wifi is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Like as I started that sentence I glance down and it was connected, half way through typing I'm back to 4G. It will soon reconnect to wifi again.

Is there any setting I am missing?

p.s - it's back on wifi again! So annoying!

Pixels (like most smartphones) are set up to connect to the strongest signal. If you have a weaker wifi signal or some parts of the house aren't getting a strong wifi connection your phone will switch back and forth. My pixels done that a time or two when I was on the very edge of my wifi. Since it's done it on 2 separate pixels I might lean towards a wifi issue in your house. You might need a wifi range extender..... I'm going to be picking one up ;-)

I agree with this. Wifi connectivity on my Pixel 2 XL is pretty stable, only when it's a weak signal do I have issues.
