Bluetooth in 2016 Toyota Camry no longer "recognizes" contact names with voice prompt

I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry last year, and have been using the voice prompt to call people on my contact list ever since. Suddenly about 3 weeks ago, when I give the command, "Call" plus a contact name, the answer is, "I'm sorry, I don't understand" (or some variation). I tried re-syncing my contacts and re-programmed my voice prompts to no avail. So frustrated! I can't use my bluetooth anymore to make calls with voice prompt! A note: Siri still understands and responds to other questions I pose. HELP!
