My android phone keeps shutting down immediately after opening. Is it fixable?

When I turn it on this Optimizing apps appears on the screen, then after my android start a few seconds later it shut downs on its own. My android model is ACER Liquid Z630 if it helps to fix this problem. I already have it repaired but it seems it comes back after sometime.

Bring it back to the repair shop (or contact Acer if they repaired it) and tell them that the repair didn't work, and that you'd like it repaired for real this time, since you already paid for a repair.
