Samsung Note 3 is lighting up a charge icon and beeping every 3 sec

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung Note 3 needs charging and I've tried all the options
cleaning both chargers that I have
plugged straight into wall socket via 2 prong plug
pulled out battery
did a reset
left it charging overnight while the beeping continued hoping it would power up after full 6 hours of charging
tried turning it on just lights up Samsung logo but doesn't buzz into life

Perhaps it needs a new battery? Perhaps repairer attention?

If you're still on the original battery after all this time, it definitely needs a new one. The old one is probably bulging a little by now. (Put it on a flat table and try to spin it. If it spins, replace it.)
