Is anyway I can pull what I need to reinstall the software from the Team Project

I have an Asus with Team Win Recovery Project 3.2.1-0. I wiped my operating system out of the phone. When I boot, I can still get into the team rec., but I am unsure of how, or what to do. I hate to admit this, but everything I know had been self taught with little guidance, so I don't know much. What do I have to do to get the OS back on?

If you ever did a system backup, do a system restore. That will get the operating system back. (If you did a backup data, in the same backup or another one, do a data restore.

Just go to restore, look for a backup file (it's going to be in the folder that opens), select it. If it has both data and system checked, let it run. If it has only one of them checked, let it run, then look for a backup that has the other one checked. (I'd restore the system first, then the data. Then wipe the system cache. Only the system cache.)
