I have OnePlus 5 with encrypted filesystem.
The screen is broken and I cannot enter password to unlock it.
Is there a way I can recover the files from device assuming I know the password?
Is there a way to do so by connecting it to PC and using, for example, adb?

Unfortunately, nope. You could try a service station or a temporary screen, but without inputting the right credentials ON THE PHONE, there's no way to decrypt/recover data off it.

Unfortunately the OP5 does not support HDMI output, so even though you could connect a keyboard to input the password, you can't see the contents of the screen to know where to click.
