I can´t connect mobile in restricted Wi-Fi Network.

Hello guys, My customer has a network Wi-Fi by Cisco Meraki. Their network has a many policies to access internet become their network lot of restricited.

For example they are blocking www.google.com and mobile that connect their network can´t access the internet. The mobile is connecting network Wi-Fi (SSID), but can´t validate OS Android 8 on google because the rule that blocking www.google.com actived

Is there possible allow the mobile to connect internet without add www.google.com.br on whitelist their firewall? Is there some specific URL where android 8 could validate on Google ?

It has to validate to google.com or google in some other country. If they're blacklisting google.*, there's nothing you can do but use mobile data - which doesn't use Wi-Fi.
