The phone was just laying didnt use but nephew use phone and put his code on my phone and my email and numbers dont work .and no he canot remember anything

Welcome to Android Central! That seems unlikely. In order for your nephew to change the screen lock code on your phone, he would've had to know your unlock PIN first to unlock the phone (assuming you had one set), then go to the Security menu, then select the option to change the PIN, then enter your PIN again to proceed, then create a new PIN, then enter that new PIN again as a confirmation. This means your nephew did it intentionally, so you should therefore ask him why he did it, and ask him to change it back. If your nephew's a toddler, there's no way he could've done this (unless he's really precocious -- and perhaps a little malicious?).
