I need my android phone to default to high accuracy setting

When my phone is turned on, I would like it to default automatically to 'High Accuracy' location setting. I have a sports betting app that cannot determine my location on 'Battery' or ' Phone Only' location settings. The app will not work unless the location setting is set to 'High Accuracy' when the phone is initially turned on.

Is your location setting not staying after a reboot? When you turn your location on, that will default to high accuracy mode, and should stay that way until you manually changed or disable it, no matter how often you reboot.
