Android Central Question
I am having a very strange problem with my unlocked samsung galaxy s7. I recently switched to Cricket which is supposed to be fully compatible with my phone. I can make and receive calls everywhere except in my home. In my home I have three bars of service and my text messages work fine, but I cannot make or receive calls. When I put the SIM card in my old phone, which is a samsung galaxy s5 active, I can make and receive calls with that phone. I tried buying a new SIM card and it is the same. I have tried resetting my network settings, factory resetting the phone, etc. Cricket tells me it is a problem with the phone because the service in my area is fine, but Samsung tells me it is a problem with the service because the phone works everywhere except in my house. Please help!!
