How can I uninstall Facebook when it's a system app?

Facebook is a system app on my phone. I wanted to know if I can uninstall it?

Welcome to Android Central! If you go to Settings>Apps and select Facebook, and you don't see an Uninstall button, then you can't uninstall it. The next best thing would be to Disable it, which reverts it to the factory version and prevents it from updating or opening.
