bought a Acatel TCL LX A502DL

[Android Central Question]

When I open my contacts icon I'm told I've disabled a required permission. I've gone into settings, apps & notifications, turned on all notifications for all apps and also went into app permissions and allowed 18 out of 23 apps in "Contacts" and allowed 15 out of 20 apps in "Phone". Nothing changes! Any other ideas??

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select Contacts, then Permissions, and make sure it has permission to access your contacts and storage.
