Why HTC desire820s have connect Wifi problem?

[Android Central Question]

my phone glitched so has automatic to turned it off and on again after a few minutes. After the phone show Android self-healing , when the i restart the phone again , Don"t know why my phone can't use WiFi to connect ,can't open Google play store(will auto off thethe app),Email ,YouTube and Google Drive also , I'm suspect there are some important thing has missing ..pls advise now how I can do ?
