Why is my stuff saying disconnected and false?

[Android Central Question]

I have a ZTE straight talk and my cellular network state says it’s disconnected and my ims registration status says false can you tell me why and how I can fix it? I can’t use my phone or anything.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the model name/number of the phone, and did you get it directly from Straight Talk, or unlocked from somewhere else and then bring it to Straight Talk?
