I dropped my phone and cracked it severely what to do. Is it only a screen problem or a motherboward problem.

Hopefully only the screen. You need to take it to a repair shop for an estimate. If it's an old phone and coming up for replacement then it might not be economical to replace. Quickly put a new phone on your Christmas list if that is the case.
