I have a rose gold Samsung s7 and I had a crack on it and wanted the LCD replaced. I called Samsung and it was out of warranty and they quoted me a price I thought was too high. I called mobile repair places in my area and I found one that would fix it for cheaper. I took it in yesterday got it fixed and everything was fine. I was running errands today and my phone died. When I got home I charged it and when I turned it on, the touch screen was stuck and lags when I press buttons. Also, this weird purple vertical smear line appears out of nowhere. This is the second day since I got it repaired and I shouldn't be having issues at all (I haven't dropped it either in case someone were to ask me that).

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! The screen might not have been installed correctly, or the replacement screen might have been poor quality or defective. Bring it back to the repair shop and show them what happened.
