Phone is not starting

[Android Central Question]

There is a red caution mark on top of the left coner. And phone is not starting. It remains with just samsung name. What should i do? .

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone? What red caution mark do you mean? Are you saying it's in the status bar, but you also see the Samsung logo in the middle of the screen, as if it were just booting up?
