    Using Samsung Galaxy S8, ALL calls show in a popup that states "this caller is in your block list" including contacts & unknown numbers. I have checked call settings and contacts settings on phone, settings on Google account and settings on Samsung account. This is a rotten time for my phone to crap out as my spouse was recently admitted to a long term recovery facility after a serious injury and unless I'm looking at the screen I miss calls! Not whining, just so utterly frustrated. Please, PLEASE someone help!
