My phone shuts down after it randomly freezes

[Android Central Question]

When I'm using my phone (to browse Reddit), screen just randomly freezes. Pressing home button or back button does nothing. The only way I can get rid of it is to press lock button. Then, the screen is black and after couple of seconds it starts booting.
My phone is non-rooted Motorola Moto C plus.
Please help, thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen when browsing? Which browser are you using? Try clearing the cache and data from the browser in the Settings>Apps​ menu.
