I couldn't find a Lumia 639, so are you sure you wrote the correct model number?

I doubt it'll matter much anyway, because if it didn't come with Android, then it's unlikely Android could be installed. The Android OS is very device specific, even down to the carrier version of a good phone. The only way you could get Android on a phone that was running something else like Windows or iOS, would be to find a third party developer that rewrote the OS from the ground up to be compatible with Android and your carrier.

Or just rewrote the hardware interface - but that's why companies like Samsung take 6 months to release a new version of Android - it takes a team of experienced Android developers, with information that isn't available to the public, to just rewrite the hardware interface - the "vendor" part of the ROM.
