Wifi and automatic download problem

[Android Central Question]

Whenever i connect to the wifi,my download manager starts downloading 200+ "downloading english (US)".I guess it can be one of my inputs or languages.it jams my wifi speed.how can I stop or control it?Or how to identify which app is using download manager to download these?

When you go to sleep tonight, turn on wifi. by morning it should be finished.
