how to break password of samsung galaxy j5

i have used a security app that i have downloaded from google and put my facebook app and messanger in to that folder and now i have forgotten my password i used for that security app. how can i break that password without rebooting my phone or any kind of data lost. pls help me if anyone knows

You can not break a password. At least, not without a lot of questionable legalities and is not something we discuss here.

You said this was some sort of security app you downloaded, right? If you can uninstall that, that would be my suggestion. Not sure what will happen to your Facebook apps, but hopefully they will be restored to your app drawer as normal. The worst case scenario is you'll have to reinstall the Facebook apps, but your Facebook account itself is maintained on their servers and will not be harmed if the apps are deleted.

You can not break a password. At least, not without a lot of questionable legalities

And a lot of knowledge and experience which, if one had, one wouldn't be asking. Even security specialists don't try to break anything but the easiest passwords (MD5, SHA1).
