Need help with loading music onto phone, please

Apologies for the "Duh" question. I've never used a cell phone as a music player before, so I'm unsure how to structure the folders under the Music folder. I use MediaMonkey on my PC to organize music - by artist/album/song. What's the best approach to storing/organizing the music on the phone?

The way that makes most sense to you. If you're doing it that way, artist/album/cut is one way, but some people do things like genre/artist/cut or genre/album/cut. I prefer genre/artist/album cut.
