How can i locate my samsung grand prime plus without using (find my device app) as it also state that network status is offline, and does this me that my phone has not been used yet by the person who have stolen it? and can i still control it remotically after it has been reseted to factory restore?

Welcome to Android Central! Device locator apps require the phone to be on and connected to the web (and also to have their Location service turned on). Although it probably won't be any different from Google's Find My Device, you could try Samsung's Find My Mobile: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e?...token=pRaGFVPm

If you send a remote wipe command using either of those, then as soon as the phone is powered on and connected to the web, that command should activate and lock/wipe your phone.
