Android Central Question

Hello there

I've been having troble with my Huawei. Some hours ago it just crashed, and I couldn't reboot it since. Right now I'm stuck at a screen that says "Software install failed! Get help from www.emui.com", with a "Reboot system now" button. If I press the button, the system tries to reboot and starts some update. But at about 5%, the update fails and I end up at the same "Software install failed" screen.

If I press the power button, it just says "Warning:The powerbutton is long pressed. Please release powerbutton to avoid system crash"

Is there any known fix to this? Is it possible that it's some type of virus?

Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Which Huawei phone? It may be that the Power button is faulty, stuck in a pressed position. You might have to bring it to a repair shop (or contact Huawei, if the phone is still under warranty).
