In my lenovo a5, the screen goes black when talking no matter whether your ear is on the sensor or no. In settings you can turn this feature off but what happens is the screen stays as it is. So when the phone is on your ear, it clicks on any feature where my skin gets touched. What should i do?
If i enable the feature the screen goes black and there is no display till the call ends.

Do you have a screen protector on the phone? This happened in the early days of the Nexus 6p because some companies didn't account for the proximity sensor so it was covered by the screen protector and caused the screen to go black on all calls. You can download an app such as Elixir2 and use it to check the sensor.
